SFC Mario Ramsey has been a member of The U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" since 1999. Prior to coming to Pershing's Own, he was a member of the 14th Army Band, The Showband of the South, Fort McClellan, Alabama. As A percussionist with the Concert band, Mario has performed with most of the ensembles of Pershing's Own, including the Army Orchestra, the Army Blues, the Army Chorus, Downrange, and the Army Herald Trumpets. Giving back to the community, Mario has participated as a soloist clinician and/or judge at numerous national and international symposiums. Mario lives with his wife and three children in Stafford, Virginia.
