MSG Regena Swanson joined “Pershing’s Own” in March of 1993 as a hornist in The U.S. Army Ceremonial Band, and subsequently performed in the French horn section of the Concert Band and Orchestra before joining the Operations team in 2007. A native of West Virginia, MSG Swanson holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Ball State University and a Master of Music degree from The Catholic University of America. She and her husband, Dan, have one son, Michael, a student at West Virginia University.
