In the 1990s, as in other decades, the Army Band performed for numerous military as well as public functions. The band performed for funerals for Operation Desert Storm combat casualties in Arlington National Cemetary, as well as Desert Strom victory parades in New York City and Washington, D.C.

The band performed for the 1996 Olympics, the 50th Anniversary of NATO, the dedication of the Korean War Memorial, the Denver Summity of the Eight, and both inaugurals of President William Clinton. During this decade, the band also performed overseas in Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands, and Scotland.
