INFORMATION for VENDORS

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the upcoming 2012 ETW. Each year the workshop attracts hundreds of people from around the region and across the nation. Educators, professionals and students, as well as trombone enthusiasts, meet to listen, play and share their interest in the trombone.

The exhibitor’s area is located in Building 405, the Fort Myer Community Center, located on Fort Myer, VA, just across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. The Community Center is the second building to the right of Brucker Hall.

To reserve exhibit space, please contact the ETW Exhibits Coordinator, SFC Hank Smith.

This year’s exhibit schedule is as follows:

Thursday, March 22, 9:00am to Noon, Set-up | Exhibits open Noon to 6:00pm Friday, March 23, Exhibits open 10:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday, March 24, Exhibits open 9:00am to 3:00pm | Tear-down from 3:00pm to 5:30pm.

We encourage vendors to have shipped items arrive at the Community Center no later than Tuesday, March 15th. Please be sure to let your shippers know that Eastern Trombone Workshop personnel will not provide assistance for loading or unloading of any materials. All shipped materials must be delivered directly to the following address:
