Biography

SSG David Szabo recently graduated from Queens College with a degree in Vocal Performance. Additionally, he attended Chautauqua Voice Institute and Westchester Vocal Institute for further training. A native of Long Island, Szabo earned 3rd place in the Five Towns Young Musician competition. Szabo spent his last two Summers working as music staff for Camp-of-the-Woods, located in Speculator, NY. Recent solo credits include: Mozart’s C minor Mass, Handel's Messiah; “Tamino” - Die Zauberflöte, “Don Basilio/ Don Curzio” - Nozze di Figaro, “Alfred”- Die Fledermaus, and “Tony” - West Side Story.
