Biography

A native Chicagoan, SGM Emily Randle joined The U.S. Army Strings, in 2003. Randle holds violin performance degrees from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Prior to 2003, she was a member of The Louisville (KY) Orchestra, then performed regularly with Lyric Opera of Chicago, Joffrey Ballet Orchestra, and Ravinia Festival Orchestra. She has been a substitute violinist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra since 2008, and in 2016 recorded her solo album "Girl of My Dreams." In January of 2014, Randle accepted the position of S3 Operations NCO, and was appointed NCOIC and S3 Group Leader in 2019.
